Programs

1-on-1 Personal Training
This is for you if you are in Columbus, Ohio or the surrounding area. If you need accountability and direction on form, I really recommend this program. These are 1 hour sessions. We will work on strength training during our sessions. Workouts outside of our session, nutrition guidance and weekly check ins are provided.

Small Group Training
Sessions are 1-hour, total body strength training workouts. Up to 4 women/session. There are a variety of days and times to fit into your busy schedule.

Online Training
This can be done anywhere and on your own time! There is a gym program and an at home program. You will follow the workouts through an online fitness app. There are videos on how to do the exercise with an emphasis on form! Workouts, nutrition guidance and weekly check ins are provided.
