About Me & Body of Steele

Hi! I am Lauren Steele. I am the CEO of Body of Steele, an all-encompassing approach to wellness involving fitness training and nutrition. I graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach. I have been personal training since 2017.

 

I am so passionate about training, I quit my full-time job to pursue my dream of starting my own business. Body of Steele has been in business for 5+ years.

 

I am here to guide, educate and walk you through a variety of exercises helping you stay safe, have correct form & get the greatest results. My goal is to help you feel more confident in and outside of the gym- to become your best self!

Going to the gym hasn’t always been easy for me either. I started to fall in love with fitness when I started classes, did research and became a guinea pig for myself. I was sick of going through the motions of working out and “eating healthy” and STILL not seeing results. It is SO frustrating! I started to lift intentionally, effectively and efficiently. Through making some changes to my training and making different modifications to my diet, I started to see RESULTS. My body started to change- gaining muscle and FINALLY losing the weight that I desired to. It was finally happening! I want to help you get to this point!

 

With Body of Steele’s programming, we focus on a variety of strength training exercises and some built in cardio. We take little steps to create healthy habits, set realistic goals and help you feel confident in your own skin.
